Extremely stringent measures are followed to ensure that the salad is free of all residue or debris. Our 6 Lettuce mix is shredded, disinfected and then washed 3 times in purified drinking water chilled to 2°C-4°C.

ingredients: 5 lettuce (iceberg, lollo rossa, green romaine, red oak leaf, simpson) with microgreens, red cabbage, and cherry tomatoes.

dressing: water, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard powder, rock salt, iodized salt, acetic acid and black pepper.
