Our baby carrots are a carrot sold at a smaller size before reaching maturity. This cultivar of carrot has been bred to be used at the "baby" stage. Baby carrots are sweeter and more tender than full-grown carrots. All taste and no core. Use whole for maximum appeal.

Baby carrots can be enjoyed in so many ways: as a healthy snack, with a dip, as a side dish or mixed into soups and stews, the possibilities are endless.
