RTE salads with Mayonnaise

Extremely stringent measures are followed to ensure that the

salad is free of all residue or debris. Our 6 Lettuce mix is shredded, disinfected and then washed 3 times in purified drinking water chilled to 2°C-4°C.

ingredients: 6 lettuce (iceberg, lollo rossa, green romaine, red romaine, red oak leaf, simpson) with micro greens, red cabbage, and cherry tomatoes.

dressing: water, refined soyabean oil, synthetic vinegar (water, acetic acid (ins260)], sugar, cucumber (10.0%), milk solids, tomato paste (5.0%), emulsifiers and stabilizers (ins1442, ins1450, ins415), iodised salt, spices and condiments, acidity regulators (ins260, ins330), preservatives (ins211, ins202), antioxidant (ins319) and sequestrant (ins385)
